Saltlux signs Business Cooperation Agreement with Bright Data 

Together, they aim to expand the AI-Data market in the future. The chatbot service for daily conversations, “LUXIA”, is expected to be launched this year.

On February 28th, Song Jae-min, a correspondent at Economist, reported on the business cooperation agreement signed between Saltlux and its legal entity in Vietnam, Saltlux Technology with Bright Data – a company specializing in data.

The signing ceremony was attended on on February 27th by high-level executives from both sides, including Lee Kyung-il (CEO of Saltlux), Nguyen Tuan Quang (CEO of Saltlux Technology Vietnam), and Sharon Laor (APAC Business Director of Bright Data). The parties have agreed to bilaterally cooperate to expand the AI-Data market in the future.

Bright Data is a global data company headquartered in the USA and Israel, providing a powerful web data platform and the largest IP proxy network with intellectual property. This company serves over 15,000 global corporations, businesses, academic institutions, and non-governmental organizations, including those on the Fortune 500 list. Additionally, Bright Data also has partnerships with the Market Research Society, Cornell University, Princeton University, and Oxford University.

Saltlux, on the other hand, not only owns the largest AI data assets in Asia but also has more than 2,000 clients, including Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Hyundai Motor Company, the Constitutional Court, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation, etc.

Recently, Saltlux introduced “Language Studio” which enables anyone to utilize large AI Generator models similarly to OpenAI’s “ChatGPT” service. In addition, the company also announced that it will launch the chitchat service “LUXIA” this year, a daily chatbot based on the knowledge platform that is capable of conversing at ChatGPT level.

With this collaboration, Saltlux will provide world-class data collection and analysis services to its customers, with the goal of accelerating the penetration of the global AI-Big Data market.

The representative from Saltlux Technology in Vietnam stated: “Large-scale web data brings many benefits to governments and businesses in understanding customers and citizens, as well as improving the service quality. I believe the development of conversational artificial intelligence, including ChatGPT, is driving increased attention toward data collection and processing technologies. We expect our sales to reach over 1 million US dollars (equivalent to 1.3 billion won) within the next two years.
